Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

 

  • Eligibility: Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be in NEW condition, meaning:
    • Unopened packaging (for HugHug Pillow).
    • Unused and unwashed.
  • Condition: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • Exclusions: Please note that kids' inner-wear is not eligible for a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

 

Refunds:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card, which will be sent to you with the refund amount as store credit. This gift card can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Requirements: In order to receive a refund, your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the gift card will be emailed to you.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: In the event of exchanges or refunds, courier charges will be borne by the customer, and the original delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

  • To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team at littlezebramy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, custom products, and kids' inner-wear, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for details.
