Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

 

Shipping Information:

  • Delivery Time:

    • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
    • East Malaysia: 7–14 working days
    • Singapore: 3–7 working days

  • Shipping Rates:
    • West Malaysia: RM7, with FREE SHIPPING on orders over RM300
    • East Malaysia: Shipping fees are based on order weight
    • Singapore: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight

 

Delivery Delays:

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays arise.
  • Holiday Shipping: During the holiday season, please allow extra time for delivery, as there may be an increase in demand with our carriers.

 

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment, and additional charges may apply.

 

International Shipping (Singapore)

Orders shipped to Singapore may be subject to local handling or forwarding processes. Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility will be considered fulfilled on our end.
